Return Policy:

If you wish to return an artwork, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Contact us at contact@museumkart.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the artwork back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Please note the following:

  • Artworks must be returned in their original condition, with all accompanying documentation and certificates.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the artwork arrived damaged or was misrepresented in the listing.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned artwork.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing contact@museumkart.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that once an artwork has been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel the order.
