Return Policy:
If you wish to return an artwork, please follow these guidelines:
- Contact us at contact@museumkart.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the artwork back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
Please note the following:
- Artworks must be returned in their original condition, with all accompanying documentation and certificates.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the artwork arrived damaged or was misrepresented in the listing.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned artwork.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing contact@museumkart.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that once an artwork has been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel the order.
